1828 Property Group is a commercial real estate brokerage rooted in Newnan, Georgia. I developed the brand identity and digital experience as a cohesive system designed to feel established, knowledgeable, and distinctly local without falling into the typical corporate real estate aesthetic. The identity pairs refined serif typography with a restrained palette of charcoal, warm ivory, muted olive, and taupe, creating a visual language that feels architectural, grounded, and quietly confident. The website extends that system through property listings, brokerage services, market insights, and lead generation, while custom marketing materials carry the brand into property presentations, leasing collateral, business cards, and client-facing communications.
