Downtown Newnan, Georgia

57 East is a mixed-use redevelopment taking shape in the heart of Downtown Newnan. I developed the project’s brand identity and digital presence from the ground up, creating a visual system that feels rooted in the character of downtown while giving the development its own distinct voice. The website was designed as both a public-facing story and a working communication tool, bringing together development information, leasing, project updates, site planning, and future destinations within one cohesive experience. Editorial typography, warm architectural imagery, layered storytelling, and a restrained material-inspired palette give the brand a sense of place while keeping a complex development easy to understand.
